CITIZENS begin to walk again, but stop and look OS as we hear from a distance

...the secret observatory atop the volcano in the middle of Townsville Park?

INT. MOJO JOJO'S OBSERVATORY
Two MOJO JOJOs (MOJO JOJO 1 and MOJO JOJO 2) are laughing together maniacally.

NARRATOR (vo) cont.
Oh no!! Mojo Jojo's so, so loco, he's... I don't b--... How--... I don't know what to say! I'm honestly quite beside myself! ...and I'm not the only one.

MOJO JOJO 1
Yes! I have perfected the art of cloning, accelerated growth and memory transference, so now I have an exact copy of myself, the same age as myself, who remembers all the same things I do! Do you know what that means?

MOJO JOJO 2
